Last month’s President’s Award winner is… Dan Crouch! Will you join us in congratulating him? Here’s what he had to say regarding this accomplishment.
What was your first reaction when you found out that you won the President’s award for July?
I was very pleasantly surprised! It doesn’t matter how long one has been in this business – recognition such as the July award goes a long way in motivating one to do even better. Production is critical to the bottom-line of the company, but so is our ability as inspectors to positively influence legislation that assists our customer base.
Is there anyone you would like to express appreciation for in the company?
Although I’ve been in the industry for 40 years, I’ve been with BPC for only two years. During this short period of time, I’ve collaborated with several individuals who have assisted me with my return to the field. Brandon Loveridge always finds a way to challenge me to increase production and be more efficient. Of course, my manager Tom Kiernan is always there to share technical information and industry humor to keep my day going.
