Because of our amazing team, it’s always exciting to select someone for the President’s Award. And the first winner of 2022 is… Andrew Bitetti! A two-time recipient of the award, Andy has continued to shine in the management of his southeastern territory, which was recently expanded into Florida.
His production is very strong, and his work with two key clients was instrumental in getting their equipment – which had been in place for years but was not properly installed – to compliance. Significant costs were involved in correcting both issues, but due to Andy’s professional delivery, the customers made the needed changes and even sent emails complimenting Andy’s technical knowledge and communication skills.
“Because he continues to be a shining example and a hard-working professional, we congratulate Andy with the $1,000 President’s Award for the month of January,” said Venus Newton, BPC president. “His attention to detail, demonstrated level of knowledge and consultative approach to recommendations are what BPC is known for and what we should all keep in mind.”
On receiving the award, Andy shared, “It’s an honor and a privilege to be recognized by my superiors for my overall performance and a job well done. I take great pride in ensuring what I inspect is done right and the client is satisfied.
“This award couldn’t have been possible without the great leadership from the top-down and the support of my colleagues in this region. I would like to personally thank my Southeastern Regional Manager, Joey Burgess, for his support, guidance, and commitment to his team.
