Austin Andrews, Senior Jurisdictional Inspector

Congratulations to Austin Andrews, Senior Jurisdictional Inspector!

It’s a privilege to have such talented individuals serve our customers well. Austin Andrews, a recent promotee to Senior Jurisdictional Inspector, exemplifies BPC’s ideals and standards.

“It feels absolutely amazing to receive this promotion,” Austin said. “It’s been a long road filled with hard work, dedication and perseverance and I’m thrilled to see it all pay off.

“Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to have the guidance and support of some incredible mentors. Joey, Manny and Venus have been instrumental in my development, each offering invaluable advice, support and encouragement. I am deeply grateful to all of them for their mentorship and friendship.”

BPC Southeast Regional Supervisor Joey Burgess has witnessed Austin’s growth firsthand.

“I have been working with Austin since I came on board and he transitioned to the Southeast Team,” Joey said. “He was put in charge of Southeast 7 Territory, and he has matured rapidly, taking care of business with the clients in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.

“Numerous clients have expressed how well he has done at their facilities. Austin has worked to better understand what an inspector does – providing services for each client to leave the facility in a better position than what he found!”

This type of encouragement and mentorship stands out to Austin. In fact, it’s his favorite part of his role with BPC.

“What I enjoy most about my work is the family-like atmosphere at BPC,” he said. “It’s a place where everyone supports each other, and there’s a real sense of camaraderie here. The low-pressure environment allows us to thrive and produce our best work without feeling overwhelmed.”

Austin also sees this culture as a differentiator between BPC and other companies in the inspection industry.

“I believe this unique culture is a part of what sets BPC apart from its competitors. That, and a commitment to a supportive and collaborative environment,” he said.

“BPC prioritizes the well-being of its team, which fosters creativity and innovation. This strong sense of community and mutual respect truly makes BPC stand out in the industry.”

Thank you, Austin, for being a part of BPC. Your great attitude and hard work are admirable, and we appreciate you!

Congratulations to Andrew Bitetti, Senior Jurisdictional Consultant!

Exciting milestones are being met at BPC! Because of their hard work and dedication, two of our inspectors received promotions last month.

Andrew Bitetti has been with BPC for almost four years and was recently promoted to Senior Jurisdictional Consultant.

“I’m thrilled and grateful for the opportunity to take on new challenges and contribute to BPC’s success in a greater capacity,” Andrew said. “I want to give a special thank you to Venus Newton, Brandon Loveridge, Manny Regateiro and Joey Burgess for recognizing the value I add to BPC and allowing me the opportunity to succeed.”

It’s not only due to BPC’s staff that Andrew has seen such success; it’s also a result of influential leaders and personal support throughout his life.

“I’ve been very fortunate to have had several mentors throughout my career who made a significant impact [on me]. They believed in me, challenged me and taught me valuable lessons that have shaped my professional journey,” he said. “I would like to thank Dr. Santia Davis, David Lynch, Jerry Holland, Paul Bourgeois, Joey Burgess, Bob Bunte, David Gatlin and Mike Rufano.

“The achievements I’ve been able to accomplish throughout my career would also not have been possible without my wife, Jaala. I want to thank her for her selflessness and motivation day after day and for being my support system through it all.”

Joey Burgess, BPC Southeast Regional Supervisor, had a lot of good to say about him.

“Not enough can be said about Andrew. I first interviewed him while he was stationed at Surface Repair Facility (SRF) in Yokosuka, Japan – a location where I was stationed and worked in the early 80s,” Joey said.

“Andrew is a go-getter, and I knew he was a perfect fit for BPC/XL from the moment I first interviewed him. Andrew came on board in 2020 and matured into an excellent inspector. I have watched him consult with high-profile clients and give them direction multiple times; now the clients know they can call him directly and get a proper answer.

“Andrew worked for this promotion, and he will be an excellent Senior Jurisdictional Consultant.”

What does Andrew enjoy most about his role? And why does he do it with BPC?

“As a professional boiler inspector, we truly make a difference in the day-to-day operations of pressurized equipment. We try to prevent catastrophic loss and improve safety knowledge to owners,” he said.

“BPC’s dedication to quality, reliability and sustainability sets us apart. We strive to make a positive impact on our industry. Also, BPC’s culture prioritizes integrity, transparency, teamwork and family. This helps to foster a trusted and collaborative environment for our customers, partners, and employees.”

We’re grateful to have you on our team, Andrew. Thank you for who you are and all you do!
